Inaugural “Homeless” race goes the distance

On Saturday, April 20th, over 400 runners and supporters came out, along with several people who volunteered to serve food, help with registration and the water stations. After handing out awards for top racers in various categories, the crowd ate and played some games for one of those great New Orleans spring afternoons.
